Requirements: 12 classes (all required by State of Michigan), 6 in-car driving lessons (includes required observation time), in-class and out-of-class coursework, active participation and 70% minimum score on State-of-Michigan generated test.
Materials: All materials will be provided at no additional cost with the exception of a personal device. Although not required, students are strongly encouraged to use their smartphone or tablet during and outside of class to participate in coursework.
Driving Lessons: Due to all drives being scheduled during daylight hours, most of these drives will be scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays, when school is in session. A driving lesson schedule will be created near the beginning of the session.
Driving with other enrolled students should NOT be assumed. We vary driving partners to enhance student in-car learning, which is our first priority.
Fee: $445. This fee may be payable by cash, check or credit/debit card (at NO additional fee).

Driving lessons will be taking place during ALL daylight hours, Friday, March 28 – Sunday, April 13.

In addition to the State-of-Michigan mandated curriculum, we include preparation for the required Driving Skills Test. Mr. Bentley is a State of Michigan authorized Driving Skills Tester.

Segment 2 in Perry – April Session – Spots Available
Location: Perry Upper Elementary School, room 116 (enter through S4 door, turn left, follow hallway)
displays (or will display as the session gets closer) session dates, times and locations of Segment 1 and Segment 2 courses AND displays (or will display as the session gets closer) scheduled drive sessions for On-the-Road instruction. These sessions may range from 1 – 3 hours depending on the particular driving environment and time needed to learn complex driving maneuvers.
